This Privacy Policy explains how SkyDog AI, operated by HigherEyez LLC ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use skydogai.com and the SkyDog AI service (the "Service").
We collect: (a) contact information you provide, such as your email address when you sign up; (b) account information if you create an account; (c) content you upload, such as photos, footage, and other materials used to generate plans; (d) usage information, such as actions taken in the Service and technical logs; and (e) payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card number.
We use information to provide and operate the Service, generate your content plans, process payments and subscriptions, communicate with you (including onboarding and support), maintain security, and improve the Service.
We share information with trusted third parties only as needed to run the Service, including: Stripe (payments), Clerk (login/authentication), Cloudflare (hosting/content delivery and file storage), Web3Forms (sign-up form delivery), our application hosting provider, and AI providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) that process text and content to generate plans. These providers are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
To generate scripts, shot lists, and plans, content you submit may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. We share only what is needed to produce your output.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data (see "Your rights").
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. To make a request, contact us at the email below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
The Service and its providers (such as Clerk and Cloudflare) may use cookies and similar technologies necessary to operate the site, keep you signed in, and maintain security. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
